place to host a fund raising this Friday for the suffering people affected b
y the devastating earthquake in Sichuan China. This event is sponsored by ma
ny of our local Chinese organizations.
Date/Time: May 16, Friday at 6:30 PM
Location: Orson Spencer Hall (OSH) building lecture hall. It is the building
south of Olpin Union Building at the U. of U campus.

If the money will go to china directly (includes go to ebassy) or go to
american red cross? if it is the later one I'll donate by myself instead of

f Donation”(on the second day, i believe)
money collected (some 2 or 3000 bucks) Tue. was sent to NY on Wen. already
so every penny of it will be used on earthquake relief
redcorss CEO won't get a penny of it.
otherwise, like you said, i would have donated online myself too
the donation is taxdeductible, you will get a receipt (from UT-CAST)
