Pre-sorting is none of pine's business, pine only manipulate on the emails
that are already somewhere. If you want some emails go to some assigned
folders, try write a .procmailrc file in you home directory. try
"man procmail" to see how to write one.
If you want post-sort the emails you've already read, pine CAN do that.
