1) If you only want to read chinese in Netscape,
type
xset fp+ /usr/openwin/lib/locale/zh/X11/fonts/75dpi
on your command line. Then, in your Netscape, check
View -> Character set -> Simplified Chinese ...
2) If you want to read chinese in PINE, download
cxterm and install it. ...
