London, u can see many branches of Barclays, Natwest, Lloyds TSB, Santander,

发帖数: 836 | 4 这里跟美国不一样，本地不同银行的atm之间都不收钱的，外国的卡就算是本银行也要
收钱的，除非有特定的海外使用条款。你提的三家在英国的业务以商业为主，极少分支
银行，更不用说ATM了。楼上说的对，BOA的卡同很多国家的某大银行都有通用条款，比
较方便。 |
