mail.ustc.edu 最早由校友（8500李逊、8700王川等人）提供系统，以校友基金会的名义
为大家提供服务；考虑到个人长期维护比较难。校友基金会将科大网络中心帮忙转到网络
中心，希望提供更稳定的服务，维护工作也由网络中心负责。
个人认为，校友基金会是尽力的为校友提供服务的，但毕竟没有自己的人手。我们的角色
是游说学校给校友提供更多的服务。比如校友邮件服务，很多国内大学已提供这种终身免
费服务了，科大应该这么做。

But personally I know at least $2000 are in the mails, so
$1/2M is a done deal in the next OFFICIAL update. So the
question will become how much how many by 12/31/2005.
