卡。

90K is about middle for a fresh PhD in SV.

For CS PhD, the starting salary at SV
should be more than 100K. The true value of
the stock depends greatly on which company
is giving the offer.

degree in USC in just one year.

他这就EE master 毕业, 一个offer
还没有,interview 也没几次,不过他抱怨Lucent, Motorola
尽招渣子,人家说他over qualify。我也不知咋回事。
但听说Motorola的offer也就6万.

I remember several years ago his salary is around 250k, but
the wise CEO's salary is around 400K.
without talking about the stalk they have, their salary is
not that high.
