宪法是所有公民，和历代公民之间的合约。三权，和三权分立都是宪法的产物。三权都
无法改变。唯有通过宪法修正案。
现代社会，没有君王了。政府是人民的雇员而已。三权都是宪法的产物。

attitudes towards this balance, just like some states have the death penalty
and some states don't. The constitution also has no clear clause, so

Gun rights are a balance between individual freedom and government, and

restricts the government, not the people.
The Constitution is a contract between all citizens, and all generations of
citizens. The three powers and the separation of powers are both
products of the constitution. None of the three powers can change the
