A research team led by the Universities of Birmingham and Keele, both UK,
and the San Raffaele Scientific Institute, Italy, have demonstrated that
fenofibrate and its active form, fenofibric acid, significantly reduced
COVID-19 infection in human cells in the laboratory. Specifically, the
licensed drug, which is normally used to treat abnormal levels of fatty
substances in the blood, could reduce SARS-CoV-2 infection by up to 70
percent.
They found fenofibrate reduced infection by up to 70 percent. Additional
unpublished data also indicated that fenofibrate is equally effective
against the newer variants of SARS-CoV-2, including the alpha and beta
variants and research into its efficacy in the delta variant is ongoing.
Importantly, reduction of infection was obtained using concentrations of the
drug which are safe and achievable using the standard clinical dose of

发帖数: 6095 | 4 只封用作治疗新冠。HCQ和伊维菌素也是只是被禁止用于治疗新冠而已，理由是治疗其
他病安全但是用于治疗新冠就不安全了。

发帖数: 6095 | 5 以色列也出来一个药治疗新冠有效，不过我个人倾向于用已经出来多年证明没啥太大副
作用的药，这样用着心里比较放心。新药就算了。

a new drug developed by a team at Tel Aviv’s Sourasky Medical Center were
discharged in five days or fewer during the Phase II trial of the new
therapeutic.
The scientists are preparing to begin the Phase 3 trial, which they hope to
complete by the end of the year. That probably couldn't happen quickly
enough, since the world is already waking up to the fact that the vaccines
originally marketed as more than 90% effective are actually helping the
virus to mutate into more virulent strains.
