what lockdowns do - delay the problem.
Only when you combine lockdown with other measures, such as strict travel
restriction (Australia, NZ, China mode, didn't even allow own citizen to
come back home) or outstanding vaccination programs (Israel) that you can
get the full value from lockdowns. |
