A teenager has been arrested for a random attack on an Asian couple
The attack took place in November in Tacoma, Washington - a suburb of
Seattle
But footage recently emerged online and was seen by the victims' daughter
The suspect allegedly attacked the couple as they walked home, leaving the
man with a broken rib, according to court documents
The suspect, who is 15 years old now but was only 14 at the time of the
assault, was identified with the help of tips from the community, police say
