因为绝大多数人在16岁时，经济上不能自立，所以让他们投票，确实对左派有利。
反过来说，右派要想坐实己方的优势，就得剥夺那些不能为自己承担责任的人的投
票权。我是说，不限于年龄不够的这种情况。
从这个意义上讲，左派妄图擅改成例的举动，今后反而可能被右派利用。
当然，前提是右派得有此意向，并获得优势。
不过，意向更重要。优势或多或少有“风水轮流转”的因素。 |

stage individuals may only drive when accompanied by a licensed parent or
guardian, an adult at least 20 years old who has held a driver's license for
at least 4 or more suspension-free consecutive years, or a driving
instructor.
