DACA is an EO, it changed everything
JB's EO will simply be executed by Department of Homeland Security in
processing all the immigration applications.
There is no need for legislation from congress or senate, because it's all
part of the executive branch following existing laws.

废排到daca后面。

总统的移民EO是不需要立法的
特别是这种processing的变化
只是一个命令下到homeland security部
然后人家就打印几个新表格给illegal aliens
然后加个新的category, 可能叫IA-8 (Illegal Allian - 8 year citizenship)吧？

重新订一下processing顺序而已
很容易看出来，这个EO以后，倒霉的是谁，幸运的是谁 LOL
