of the big size of US, it is not easy for everyone to go back home to vote.
It might take them two days to do it. And what about military service
members stationed in, say, Korea? Are they all supposed to fly back home to
vote? Who is going to defend S. Korea for those two days? There is also a
sizable number of civilian contractors with the military.

problem for me to go in-person. But I can feel for those college students
who are living away from home. Some of them might need to spend two days
and up to $1000 to get back home to vote and then back to school. My kids
might need to do that in a couple years, so I certainly want absentee
ballots available. Also, what's your solution for military oversea? I don'
t have a solution, maybe you have one? Or maybe we can learn from India and
Mexico? How do they do that?

ID. It is ridiculous that someone can vote without proof of the right to
vote, given the fact that so many residents have no right to vote.
