When the topic of gun violence came up, Trump was quick to call out some of
the more violent cities in the U.S. “Chicago is an example,” said Trump.
“It's worse than Afghanistan.”
Trump suggested that some of the larger Black urban communities in cities
like Chicago, Detroit, and Baltimore are especially bad. Trump said, “These
cities... it is like living in Hell.”
