If you have a family, and worried that you will infect your beloved, stay
home and ask your family member to cut your hair.
If you are single healthy man/woman, you can go to the salon. There is a
chance that you contract the virus, which in 99.8% case will not kill you,
and you stay at home and the virus end with you.
All these are personal choice. The government should not make choice for
each individuals.

However, with very limited testing data in state of Georgia, with basically
inconsistent (or fudged data) from department of health from state of
Georgia, people can not even make good decision since there is no data to
make decision based on.
That's Kemp's decision make absolutely no sense. |
