用美国法律衡量一下港毒的暴力言行
在美国任何人敢宣扬”暴力革命‘推翻政府是Title18 USC 2385 -提倡暴力against 任
何level政府 -二十年徒刑加没收财产 — 注意这大罪只是因言words而不需要暴力的
action advocates, advises or teaches;prints, publishes, issues,circulates,
distributes, publicly displays, organizes, helps, encourages — not the
action of violence itself
18 U.S. Code §?2385.Advocating overthrow of Government
Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the
duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying
the government of the United States or the government of any State,
Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any
political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination
of any officer of any such government; or
Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such
government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes
, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising,
or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing
or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or
attempts to do so; or
Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or
assembly of personswho teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or
destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a
member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of
persons, knowing the purposes thereof—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or
both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any
department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his
conviction.
且不说港毒们的violence actions —无论是砖头laser 袭警还是私立公堂暴打平民在
美国或者任何西方国家都是0 tolerance, 一句warning之后早就被警方爆毙了. 就数一
数他们的violence 与terrorism 言论 —比如国泰飞行员工公开威胁”以死一搏’按美
国法律早就越过了N条红线 早就被FBI拘捕了.
港毒们得寸进大尺地欺负港警港府及背后的中央政府 在中美贸易高科技决战 决定中华

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it
is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new
Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its
powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their
Safety and Happiness.
