推动过工作AA，就是争取各公司员工肤色比例，与人口比例一样。当时还有很多硅谷公
司响应。当然，当时还不是强制的。

额制度。根据白宫的建议发表了联名信，信里列出了按种族招工的三个步骤：
1、实施和发布公司在招聘、雇用和推动技术人才多元化方面具体的目标，以及可操作
的坚实措施，以建立和维持包容性的文化。
2、每年都公布在职能部门和管理层面的劳工多元化方面的数据和进展。
3、投资合作，以建立多元化技术人才的渠道，来增进我们识别、发展和支持来自不同
背景的人才。
联名公司包括了Airbnb, Box, GitHub, GoDaddy, Intel, Pinterest, VMWare, SAP等
