这两天老川放出风来说，DACA在10-12年后可以给公民身份，消息一出，右派忧心忡忡
，左派一脸僵蒙，DACA生欢呼跳跃。告诉你把这一招更毒，如果左不同意，DACA会把泪
叔吃掉，主党自己也会分裂。
别急，我给你解读，我也叫叔但比那个主流流泪叔不是一个段位，我是低端叔。
先看老川的proposal
Legislatively Provides Legal Status – Individuals who received deferred
action on the basis of being brought to the U.S. as minors get a 3-year
renewable legal status allowing them to work and travel overseas (without
advance parole). There is no special path to a green card. Recipients may
only make use of existing paths to green cards
No Criminals – No gang members or those with criminal convictions/
convictions in juvenile court for serious crimes are eligible •
Combats Fraud – Strong anti-fraud measures/allows for prosecutions for
fraud
核心是给DACA好人三年合法缓冲期，在此期间可以工作学习（学生工作签证）和出国（
申请新签证），和绿卡和公民无关。有合法签证的DACA可以和其他合法在美国的外国人
一样按照常规途径申请绿卡和公民，假设DACA临时三年在美国，3年工作签证同时申请
绿卡，绿卡拿到后再申请公民已经是10-12年以后的事了。老川骗大家了吗？完全是诚
实准确的，让步了吗？半步也没让。换了个说法就把这些人绕晕了。
主流媒体和大部分无脑人都误以为DACA可以拿（直接）公民，什么后果？后果就是如果
民主党不同意这个deal，DACA把愤怒转向民主党，DACA人也会和以川普为核心的党中央
站在一起，共同和主党斗。
老川巧妙的把负资产转化为正资产，主党欲哭无泪，同意不同意都会输的很惨，而且会
发生内讧，为什么？因为主党议员们都专注于皮肤颜色了，脑子跟不上，比如破壳行特

老床说的很清楚：对于DACA生，你不是熬够5-7年就一定能拿绿卡（10-12年就能成为公
民）的。你必须 do a great job，才能给你公民（绿卡）作为 incentive。
但 do a great job 的标准是什么，老床没直说。
白宫的 proposal 里说了：There is no special path to a green card. (DACA)
Recipients may only make use of existing paths to green cards.
Existing paths 无非 EB 和 FB。难民和政庇显然不适用他们。
FB：有亲戚可以走chain immigration（不过到时候估计已经没了）。有能耐的可以搞
和美国公民/绿卡结婚（真假，同性异性都行）。绝大部分没亲戚没能耐的就没戏了。
然后就是 EB。据说 DACA 念完大学的不到7%。申请EB，呵呵......
我把各个美国媒体的报道大致看了一遍，虽然这个proposal被猪党议员拒绝了，但他们
拒绝的理由大多是反对250亿美元建墙，认为这对DACA的侮辱。其次是拒绝砍掉亲属移
民。但居然没人指出这个问题的。可见从媒体议员一直到DACA生都没人对移民法有所了
解的.......
老床对DACA就是一大忽悠啊......这个art of deal不是盖的......
