希望能夠先恢復執行 Muslim Ban。
上訴法庭在星期天凌晨駁回了第二部分的緊急申請，也就是說在最後判決之前，仍然不
得執行 Muslim Ban，好像法官並未解釋駁回的原因。同時，法官要求原告在星期日 11
:59PM 之前向法庭提出意見書，被告則應在星期一下午三點前提出意見書．然後法官會
根據雙方意見進行裁決。
所以上訴還沒完全結束，只是第一階段白宮輸了一籌。
A US appeals court in San Francisco has denied an emergency motion filed by
the justice department to reinstate President Donald Trump's halted
immigration ban.
The decision from the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit means the
ban will remain frozen throughout the weekend, and that a decision on a
further request to restore the ban will be put off until at least Monday
afternoon.
The justice department filed an appeal on Saturday to reinstate an executive
order barring citizens from seven mainly Muslim countries and temporarily
banning refugees, even as travellers raced to enter the country while the
ban was lifted.
The appeal aimed to reverse a federal judge's Friday order that lifted the
travel ban, warning the decision posed an immediate harm to the public.
"Appellants' request for an immediate administrative stay pending full
consideration of the emergency motion for a stay pending appeal is denied,"
the late-night appeals court order stated.
The court asked those legally challenging the ban - the states of Washington
and Minnesota - to provide documents detailing their opposition to the
Trump administration's appeal by the end of the day on Sunday.
The justice department was given a deadline of 3pm (23:00 GMT) on Monday
afternoon to supply documents further supporting its position. | d***a

and should do, at least, is do some planning, consult related agencies

a Muslim ban willingly, but I guess I must have been under the wrong
impression.
That said, do I believe that Trump's intention was to target all Muslims or
Muslim as a religion? Yes, I do. It's nothing new, it's nothing to hide, all
Trumpsters on this board are exactly like that. They never ever hide or
feel anything wrong about discrimination against any group of people. They
think Muslim is evil, all Muslims are evil, I even got mocked by these
Trumpies because I said I don't know if Muslim is good or bad, I said
there are good people and bad people. So, yes, I do believe Trump is
targeting Muslims. Many people are like that, including him, and maybe, you
