T**********e 发帖数: 29576 | 1 Donald Trump hasn’t even been sworn in as president — but he’s already
come up with his re-election slogan.
“Are you ready?” Trump asked a Washington Post reporter interviewing him
at Trump Tower, seeming to have come up with the idea in the middle of the
exchange. “‘Keep America Great,’ exclamation point.”
Trump, apparently happy with his decision, reportedly called for a lawyer.
“Will you trademark and register, if you would, if you like it — I think I
like it, right? Do this: ‘Keep America Great,’ with an exclamation point.
With and without an exclamation. ‘Keep America Great,’” Trump reportedly
told his lawyer in the middle of the interview.
“Got it,” said the lawyer.
Trump reveled that the slogan is a sign of his confidence heading into the
presidency.
“I am so confident that we are going to be, it is going to be so amazing.
It’s the only reason I give it to you,” Trump told the reporter.
“If I was, like, ambiguous about it, if I wasn’t sure about what is going
to happen — the country is going to be great,” he added.
Trump will get sworn in as president of the United States on Friday. |
