一定的税收优惠
而且可以制定医保cover比例不同，买的越是长久的买最后医保cover比例越高
越是时间短，cover越低

买健康保险，不买不行。事实上很多国家都把这个当成（事实上的）赋税的一部分，
说税后收入都是扣掉了健康/事业/养老/伤残保险的。

他不支持目前的obamacare，他要"make it better"。这个并不是说obamacare
目前有的东西就必须全取消。
美国主要问题是per capita healthcare cost非常贵，是全世界最贵的。
