country. The performance must be before a nonpaying audience. All expenses
including per diem will be paid by the sending government.
To participate in a competition that has no remuneration other than a
prize and expenses. The prize can either be monetary or something else.
不确定她是不是属于entertainer的范畴，但是所有的条目的意思一致：
你不能直接从美国的机构拿钱。
Melania只要随便签约一个美国以外的经纪公司，就可以合法的用B1签证在美国提供服
务，只要最后工资是美国以外的经纪公司发就行了。
要不然每年美国的电影节，服装发布会，音乐会，难道还都要让那些人都来申请H1B签
