paid $4.2 billion in refundable credits.
Of course, undocumented immigrants cannot legitimately get Social Security
numbers, but it seems the IRS doesn’t care. Besides, they can file taxes
with an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number. ITIN. They are not
supposed to get the Earned Income Tax Credit, but they can receive the
additional child tax credit. If the President succeeds in legitimizing the
status of illegal immigrants, they could even get the Earned Income Tax
Credit that is responsible for billions in fraudulent refunds. |

发帖数: 29853 | 6 我知道的判例是一百多年前的案子了，还是中国人黄金德。其实也不用全部推翻，修正
一点点，断了非法移民的小孩国籍就行。
这个判例就需要总统去和大法官们拼命协调和民间造势。到目前为止，候选人里，就床
铺提出了这个点子。这才是百年发展的点子。
我用脚趾头想，总统提名三到四个大法官，再起诉，这事就成了。
