Summary
Now working as diesel HHP Tier 4 CPE (Combustion/ Performance /Emission)
senior engineer, supporting 60 liter single turbo stage diesel engine
calibration development work to meet EPA emission regulations at the same
time meet the customer's requirement on engine performance and fuel economy.
Have three years experience as a Product Engineer with Cummins Fuel Systems
supporting legacy fuel systems (Celect, HD HPI, etc) production, redesign,
trouble shooting, warranty analysis, RPS project, resourcing, cost-reduction
, etc. Proficient with process capability control and 6 sigma tools (
Analysis of Variation, DOE, T-test, Monte-Carlo simulation, DFMEA, FTA, SPC,
MSA etc), familiar with GD&T, DVA (stack up).
8 years experience in designing marine structure /electronics and sensors /
communication /control /monitoring systems for underwater vehicles and
subsea trenchers. My projects include a 25kg light weight survey ROV and a
subsea trencher / pipelayer and partly of a working class ROV. Independently
developed the feedback motion control system and communication system as
well as micro-controller PCB board. I also have 4 years experience in marine
structural design.
Holding Master's degrees in both Ocean Engineering and Mechanical
Engineering.
