T*********I 发帖数: 10729 | 1 I came to this country 11 years ago (legally!) with quite literally $150 in
my pocket (cliche, I know, but true nonetheless). I remember at one point, I
went 2 days without eating, and I still considered myself to be extremely
lucky just to be here. Today, I have a family in this great country and am
well-off. You know who made that happen? I did. I busted my behind, I went
to school and received 3 degrees while shoveling snow at 4am on campus, only
to walk those cleared roads to class 4 hours later. I worked 60 hours a
week while taking 5 classes every semester. And I feel grateful to have been
given that opportunity. And I made it.
As much as I loved Bernie's attempts to get away from the establishment, I
can no longer support this man. To me, BLM and other similar movements are
the absolute worst products of this new-age tolerance, and he ponders to
them.
I felt INCREDIBLY lucky just to be given a chance to make it in this country
, and watching this BLM ass-kissing kills me for these reasons:
They were BORN American. Already, they had an advantage on me. They
started in this land of opportunity.
They are GIVEN benefits that most of us never got to use. Social
programs, welfare, hell, I see affirmative action work against well-
qualified people just because they're of wrong skin pigment (white).
Instead of seizing countless opportunities, these people choose to
protest and bitch, and democrats eat it up for the fear of offending
minorities.
I think that at this time, whoever busted their behinds to make it in
America will vote for Trump. Some liberal views are fine, but this idea that
specific races should be focused on because they're this or that color
should not exist. How about we focus on real issues, taxes, illegal
immigration, war policies? How about we stop making everyone comfortable,
and tell it like it is? Watching Mr. Trump shut down BLM's pathetic attempts
at bringing him down brings a smile to my face.
I get that occasionally, Trump says something that your average person finds
"unpresident-like." But let's ask ourselves, what did being "president-like
" bring us? It brought us race-fueled riots, extreme tolerance, and reverse
racism.
Let's not even start with illegal immigration. Having gone through the whole
lengthy process of legally becoming American, it makes my blood boil when I
see Democrats fight for millions of illegals here. It diminishes all the
hard work us legals did to get here if one can simply jump the (low) fence,
cross the desert and start a life in America.
I think it's time to Make America Great Again my friends. |
