UT Austin has 4.4% African Americans, but Texas as a whole has 12.1%.
Flip it around - if race wasn't used as a factor, white students might still
get crowded out.
Asians make barely 4% of the Texas population, but over 17% of the students
at UT Austin. By comparison, California has some 13.5% Asians, and they make
up a quarter to almost HALF the students in some UC schools. Asians even
outnumber whites at UC Davis, UC San Diego, UCLA, and UC Berkeley. |

could be said for mental qualities (genius and talent). Social morals
needed to change so that heredity was a conscious decision in order to avoid
both the over-breeding by less fit members of society and the under-
breeding of the more fit ones.
Social institutions such as welfare, food stamp and racial quota are
allowing less fit humans to survive and reproduce at levels faster than the
more fit humans in respectable society, and if corrections were not soon
taken, society would be awash with less fit ones. |

果加权？这些都是主观的。还有leadership。本来白人就多，白人lead白人肯定容易一
些，这也是一种不公平。
总之录取就是非常主观的过程，并没有一个完全量化客观的公式，一把数据输入进去就
自动排序。再说，即使有这么一个系统，凭什么认为排序的算法就是合理的、客观的？
因此，本来就很难制定一个绝对客观合理的录取流程，种族好歹是客观存在的。再说，
目前的体制并没有对华人造成障碍。在Texas，4%的亚裔占据了17%的名额，也就是说亚
裔占据了比别人13%的比例，被侵犯利益的是什么人？肯定是白人。从这一点看，右派
说什么AA侵犯亚裔的利益没有侵犯白人的利益是站不住脚的，Fisher就是白人，如果她
没有被侵犯利益，她起诉个啥？
总之，华人在美国混，晋升职位最大的障碍是白人，对白人有害的政策某种意义上对华
人都是好的。让上名校的白人减少，这样去好公司工作的白人就少，华人的竞争对手就
少，晋升机会更多。 |

不是本案要反对的，譬如德州的头十趴，就很好。你如果能说服德州立法机构把跑步列
入考虑，我个人没有任何意见。
