标 题: 申请辞去USANews版主一职

因为时间精力不够，正式申请辞去USANews版主一职。
但是希望选出下人版主之前，能保留在版面管理讨论秩序。
本人此段时间亦在整理精华区，所以站务在任命新版主之
前烦请知会一声。

board master. I strongly recommend Calcat to take over usanews. It's towards
the best interest of us.
