We just received a notice that this practice is no longer compatible with
obamacare and it will be terminated next year.
NND, my 10% salary just go away like that. |

So it's a lose-lose situation. For us, 10% less salary; for employer, now
that the incentive is gone, HR predict more people will switch back and use
my employer's benefit.
