One of Barack Obama’s illegal aliens upon whom one of his illegal alien
protection acts was bestowed has been found guilty of killing two little
girls in a car accident but has been released from jail because she is
protected by Obama.
Mexican citizen Cinthya Garcia-Cisneros, who came into the US illegally, was
shielded from deportation by Obama’s illegal alien protection act after
she hit and killed two little Oregon children in October.
An immigration judge dismissed deportation procedures because Garcia-
Cisneros had enrolled in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
program that allowed her to get a drivers license.
Garcia-Cisneros was given probation for running down and killing Anna Dieter
-Eckerdt (6) and Abigail Robinson (11) last year but has been in jail
awaiting a deportation ruling. The children were playing in a pile of leaves
when the illegal ran through the pile with her car.
Now that the judge has waived her deportation, Garcia-Cisneros has been
released from jail and is allowed to go about her life protected by Obama’s
illegal alien protection act. | r****a

Enforcement custody, seven months after she was convicted of felony hit-and-
run in the crash that killed 6-year-old Anna Dieter-Eckerdt and 11-year-old
Abigail Robinson.
For failing to come forward after the crash, Garcia-Cisneros was sentenced
to three years of probation and 250 hours of community service. Now that her
immigration case has been dropped, Garcia-Cisneros has returned home and
can begin her sentence.
Immigration attorney Courtney Carter told the Forest Grove News-Times that
Garcia-Cisneros had returned to Forest Grove and planned on attending beauty
school in Hillsboro.
Since the 19-year-old's release, the parents of the two girls shared
messages focused on love and healing in the aftermath of tragedy.
Jane Samuels, fiancée to Dieter-Eckerdt's biological father Randal, wrote
in a joint statement to the Oregonian on Tuesday night:
"We are relieved to hear that Cinthya has been released and can now serve
out her sentence of community service hours. With her return to her hometown
, true healing for all of those involved in and affected by this accident
can really begin. We hope that the same community support and care that has
been shown to us through this grieving period will also be extended to
Cinthya and her family."
Susan Dieter-Robinson, in a statement to the Oregonian, reiterated the joy
her daughter and stepdaughter brought into her family's life: "We don't want
Anna and Abigail's lives to be remember[ed] by the tragedy, but rather by
the love story they are all teaching us to live." | u*****a

Dieter-Robinson said through tears while looking straight at Garcia-
Cisneros during the sentencing. "There are consequences to our behaviors.
That's what we told our girls."
She told the court how horrible it has been to live through this tragedy in
the public eye. While reading her prepared statement, Dieter-Robinson took
everyone through her emotions the night of Oct. 20, 2013. She explained how
it had been the perfect fall day and the girls were so happy. She wasn't
home when she got the frantic call from her husband, Tom Robinson, of the
terrible news.
The girls had been playing in a freshly-raked leaf pile in the street when
Tom Robinson briefly went inside. That's when Garcia-Cisneros, on her way
home with her brother and boyfriend, drove through the leaves, not knowing
the children were there.
Both girls were killed.
"I knew it was an accident," Dieter-Robinson cried. "The person who hit them
didn't know it had happened."
Garcia-Cisneros testified that she heard about the deaths later and panicked
. She confessed when police showed up at her door the next day.
"You made a choice not to come back and that greatly impacted how I got to
say goodbye to my daughters. You were one block away, and I'm sure, scared,"
Dieter-Robinson said to her.
The family asked the judge for no prison time, only probation. And before he
granted that wish, it was Garcia-Cisneros' turn. Through tears, she told
the girls' family she wished she could hug them.
Upon hearing the news Tuesday that Garcia-Cisneros would not be deported,
Dieter-Robinson released the following statement to KGW:
Today is like any other day without our girls. Through our grief we have
chosen to love and celebrate the joy that they have brought into our lives
and the lives of so many others. We don't want Anna and Abigail's lives to
be remember by the tragedy but rather by the love story they are all
