President Obama is prepared to bow to Russian demands that he give up a
military trigger in the pending UN resolution on Syria, administration
officials told reporters on Friday.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that the United States must take
the threat of force off the table if Syria is to turn over its chemical
weapons arsenal to the international community. Russia is expected to veto
any resolution that would include an automatic military trigger if Syria's
Bashar Assad fails to comply.

的职责。自己可以少管些闲事。所以美国舆论才会这么打张旗鼓地宣传俄的政策。把普
金逼上前台。自己也可作个好人，少树敌。 普金原本以为出出主意就好了，当当“幕
后英雄”。没想到美国来了这一招，所以后来才有软了下来。相信美国舆论还会大张旗
