Don’t forget, Watergate was the worst scandal ever according to the left.
But apparently it’s OK for them to secretly record Republicans.
Can’t wait to see the excuse-making with this one.
The FBI has been asked to investigate how Mother Jones, a liberal
magazine, obtained a recording of political aides meeting with Senate
Minority Leader Mitch McConnell discussing opposition research on Ashley
Judd, a source close the McConnell re-election campaign tells CNN.
CNN goes on to helpfully promote the Mother Jones story. How nice of them.
In a statement, McConnell campaign manager Jesse Benton said that “we’
ve always said the Left will stop at nothing to attack Sen. McConnell, but
Watergate-style tactics to bug campaign headquarters is above and beyond.”
Forty years post-Watergate the left still hyperventilates over it. Now,
secret recordings are awesome!
Honestly, did we need secret recordings to know Ashley Judd is a mental
