Next year, if let Bush tax cut expires for all income, Federal tax revenue
will increase $221 billions; if let Bush tax cut expires for income higher
than $250,000, Federal tax revenue will increase $54 billions.
This means Bush cuts $54 billions tax for income higher than $250,000, at
the same time, Bush cuts $167 billions tax for income lower than $250,000,
for next year.
Bush lowered 2% tax for everybody, top 1% is only 1%, their population is
much less than the rest 99%.
$54 billions is 杯水车薪 for $1000 billions deficit. |
