具体大头：
国防：24.9%
老兵补贴：4.5%
医疗（主要是medicare and medicaid):23.7%
各种失业保险、食品券，政府和军事人员退休金：19.1%
失业保险：2.3%， 食品卷：3.7%， 廉租房：2.%，公务员退休：4.4%
各种政府费用：（杂费吧）7.9%
利息：8.1%
教育和工作培训：3.6%
分析：
国防开支，如果加上老兵补贴，军事人员退休费，还有一些在政府杂费里面不公开的费
用，估计国防开支是政府总开支的33%到35%，这是绝对大头。削减政府预算不砍军费，
本质上难以操作。
医疗：23.7%的支出，确实太大了。medicare和medicaid主要还是给老人用的。 改革是
必须的。但是如何改，应该从降低医疗费用和强制预防着手。降低医疗费用可否考虑降
低医生的培养成本？ 中国5年医科毕业就当大夫了，美国为啥要那么严？人为提高了医
疗成本。这部分削减太不人道了，况且基本也都是给交税的人用。
所谓养懒人的费用，满打满算，在政府支出的8%左右，全砍了也解决不了大问题。 这
部分的支出，应该可以相应的减少警察治安费用，因此是否花的值得，需要社会学方面
的进一步研究。
利息：8.1%。 等于给所谓懒人的福利了。说明降低国债刻不容缓。
教育和培训：3.6%。这是国家的未来，投入比例太低了，应该提到10%或者15%。

People just look at how much money they spend, but don't look at how they
spent it. The percentage does not tell everything.
For foodstamp, we all know how much money we have wasted. Same for medicare,
medicaid, and defense.
It looks like we spend a lot money for defense, but I don't know whether we
should cut defense spending.
In theory, 80% of the tax should go to Defense spending and police. 5% to
maintain basic government operation, 15% for public education, and leave the
rest to the free market, including charity.
Of course, we need to investigate the waste in defense and police. It's hard
to do. As we are asking the government to investigate itself. Maybe need a
different division to do that job.
Foodstamp, and other welfare, to me, it's nto about how much money it spent.
It's a moral risk. It discourages people to work. So it does not only spend
money, but also loses a lot revenues since so many people are lured staying
home. Leave it to charity will be the best, this way, people who spent
their own money to help the poor will be respected, and they get that
respect at a price. It should NOT be tax deductible, of course.

加强死刑减少犯罪减少警察，可有这方面的社会调查？

你的local政府的员工工资, 基础设施的改善, local公共服务的工资福利, 警察, mta,
FD, 中小学教育, 等等, 都是来自local税, 消费税和地税.
这个花费, 保守估计, 各州平均下来比例也和军费相当.

费全是州里和地方出的。联邦出钱的（国立）大学全美国只有一所。公务员的开支肯定

当然如果减少海外运营，军费还是烂在锅里， 就算刺激消费。

1 军费首先要减，这个问题可以看看保罗。肯尼迪 的 大国的兴衰
2 教育与培训费用，我不知道算不算NIH，NSF之类的科研开支，肯定会减，但不解决问
题，主要是个姿态
3 medicare要减，肯定会冲击医疗利益集团，但这个集团在美国势力太大，难度不比减
军费小
4 政府福利开支，这个肯定是节流的大头，如楼主所说，全减也解决不了问题，大减肯
定会有各种问题到来，但资本家们顾不了那么多了。这部分是由于冷战中对抗苏联的影
响而产生的，能从90年达忍到现在才减，资本家们也算耐心好了，估计主要是看到中国
原始资本主义的成功，让大家认识到回到19世纪，也不会出什么大问题 | r******n

chair, 差不多就一沙滩椅，卖800多。普通轮椅几千，电动的一辆车的价格。买辆三轮
自行车，市价3千，后来找了教会，等于我们先捐钱给教会，再由教会出面打折到600多
，可见其中猫腻。
估计牵涉到政府，军用的也是这样，太黑了。
