when two are (like this Allen West case, I assume they split 50/50):
a candidate who is dem+white gets 50% black votes
a candidate who is rep+black gets 50% black votes.
when two are (like O8 vs RR):
a candidate who is dem+black gets 95% black votes
a candidate who is rep+white gets 5% black votes
when two are (like Bush vs Kerry):
a candidate who is dem+white gets 90% black votes
a candidate who is rep+white gets 10% black votes
when two are (never happened before..):
a candidate who is dem+black may get 70% black votes (I guess)
a candidate who is rep+black may get 30% black votes (I guess)
yes, it shows black vote republican but only when skin color is black.
Otherwise, no chance to get more than 10% votes. Actually, we can ask a
statistician to do an analysis to find out whether skin color factor is
significant or not for black people voting for GOP.
