entitlements need reform, but not before military spending gets seriously
cut.
If seniors are going to lose their big chunk of entitlements, what the heck
do we need military for?

entitlement是单向只增不减的。美国赤字最严重的两个州，California and Illinois
都是因为entitlement，那可跟国防预算没什么关系。

其实都是一代人扣税养前一代人，必然导致不公平和浪费，从根本上来说如果不改革是
无法长久维持的。
