Do you pay the fine or buy the insurance.
Most ppl will be happily pay the fine. Especially those Welfare recipients.
$95 a year is hell of a bargain for them. Insurance companies/hospitals are
not working for free. Who will foot the bills? |

发帖数: 1101 | 3 首先得承认这个plan是不完美，甚至于没有解决美国医疗费昂贵的根本问题。美国医疗
费昂贵不是医生的问题。最大的问题是复杂的法律条文（也就是文档工作）和不开放的
药品市场。当然保险公司也是难辞其咎。共和党的不作为，或者是没有计划是无法让人
接受的。这不是一个劫富济贫的问题，现在连很多美国大公司都无法承受日益加重的保
险费，这直接影响了商业，也直接影响了企业的雇人意愿。我不认为任何人可以从一开
始就提出一个完美的计划，这个工程是太复杂了。
现在的共和党指责民主党就像一个在公司不干活的对那些忙的焦头烂额的同事指手画脚

billed is recovered by the hospital. Yes, only 4% of hospital bill is paid.
Let just let people die if they cannot pay please. :)
