democracy is just a system.
garbage in, garbage out.
so when you have garbage out at the other end, i would rather blame the
garbage in.
especially the public union socialism education system forced upon sheeple
to produce these garbage year in year out.
That is the true problem.

根据《Bell curve》一书，犹太人其中一个族裔智商最高，华人其次，那些黑人、拉丁
、西裔都是垫底的，他们天生智商低了，当然要在后天入学上有所帮助。再说很多底层
人成长环境这么差，想出头本来就很难，没有政府的帮忙进不了好学校更难成才。俺读
过斯坦福招生办主任写的一本关于录取的书，里面提到affirmative action，就是这个
观点。
至于对中国人，她认为不存在歧视。首先中国人录取率并不低，只是分数普遍更高而已
。另外最重要的原因是中国人校友子女太少，体育特招太少。
如果中国人想在本科入学上造反的话，那就造体育特招的反，反正也轮不到自己，当然
就造反；也可以造校友子女的反，常春藤学校研究生不算校友的，本科录取没优势，斯
坦福这种学校才算。 |

to pick valuables (relatively) from whatever inputs it receives
and then reward those valuables
then the society goes upwards
otherwise, society goes down
anti-intellecturalism is the inherent problem of democratic,
libearl system. this is proved by history (Roman/Greek) and
theory (social choice theory etc.).
so, nothing surprise here. scientists and engineers never
get a chance to design and rule the society, you cannot
expect much from preachers and lawyers.

还是谦虚一点好。
