B**W 发帖数: 2273 | 1 The cold front we've been tracking through the central and eastern states
the last several days will make its final hurrah on Friday.
Over the Northeast, gusty winds will usher in cooler temperatures behind the
front. High temperatures will trend back closer to middle-December averages
(see forecast map).
While much of the region should stay dry, winds between 20 and 30 mph with
higher gusts could cause some flight delays at the major hubs in the region,
particularly early in the day.

The tail end of the cold front will still have a soggy story to tell.
Scattered showers will continue along the boundary from North Carolina and
Virginia to the lower-Mississippi Valley and eastern Texas (green shadings
on map below). This rain will be more of a nuisance than anything else. |
