美国非政府组织“全国公民基金会”18日公布了针对美国等11个发达国家医疗保险
的调查报告。报告显示美国是11个富国中办理或者使用医疗保险最麻烦的国家，美国人
最难享受到该项福利。
多项数据美国均垫底
总部设在纽约的“全国公民基金会”在报告中称，三分之一的美国成年人没有被推
荐上医保;生病后也不去看医生，或者没有按医生的处方拿药，只因为医药费太贵。而
荷兰和英国这一比例只有5%至6%.此外，五分之一的美国人在支付医药费时“遇到重大
麻烦”，这一问题在法国的比例为9%，德国是3%，荷兰为4%，英国仅为2%。
报告还显示，在11个发达国家中，美国人最有可能与提供医疗保险的公司发生争执
。大约31%的美国人要么花费大量时间申请医疗保险，但却被拒绝;要么投保公司没有按
照投保人的期望来支付医药费。在类似问题上，瑞士只有13%的投保人遇到过麻烦;荷兰
为20%，德国为23%.调查还显示，只有58%的美国人对自己有能力负担医疗保险有自信。
这一比例在11个被调查国家中垫底。
奥巴马医改案找到借口
这项调查针对来自澳大利亚、加拿大、法国、德国、荷兰、新西兰、挪威、瑞典、
瑞士、英国和美国等11个富国的19700名成年人进行的，主要调查他们在医疗保险问题
上的态度。
报告撰写人凯西-舒恩说，调查显示了美国人对医疗保险现状的不满程度，结果是
令人沮丧的。凯西说，美国的医疗成本要远高于其他被调查的10个富国。
她还介绍说：“事实上，美国是这11个富国中唯一一个买了医疗保险，也不能保障
你获得医疗服务，或者当你生病时无法给予你资金保障的国家。”
“全国公民基金会”总裁卡伦-戴维斯称，调查结果算是个好消息，因为美国民众
可以看到和其他富国的差距。戴维斯还说，正因如此，他支持奥巴马的医疗改革法案。 |

Where were you guys, when Bush were spending like crazy in Iraq war? When I
were protesting in the street, I didn't see anyone look like a Chinese
student / H1B !
The war spending, is the major reason that US has such huge deficit.
Comparing to Iraq War, the health care reform spending is like nothing.
