Besides, when you tax some economic activity more, you are going to get less
of that activity. Thus with higher and higher tax levied on the *rich*,
there will be less and less of them, and the tax revenue will decline and
overall everyone's living standard will go down.
The arbitrary line of $250 is just to incite class grudge and political
warfare. That's typical communist tactics.
