Second thing second: flat tax, no more welfare.
these two issues are easier to deal with because it does not require
constitution amendment.
let 's not get distracted before the two main poroblems are solved.

钱不够可以杀人抢钱了。大多数小孩，没有条件也不用学习，照样白吃白喝， 政策鼓励的。
