的一个loophole。你想啊，选民关心的是他们到手的福利，而不是政府要借多少钱来维
持这种福利制度。一个誓言要减税提高福利的candidate，和一个致力于维持一个健康
的income／spending balance 的candidate，谁受选民的青睐可想而知。前者在某种程

the irresponsible behavoir, there is no more other people's money to spend.
No matter how high the tax rates are raised, revenue is not going to go up,
only debt will go up. if you run 15% debt per year, you get 2, maximun 3
years of spending. the welfare benefit at the current level can only go on
that longer.
The Greeks voters also thought they can live without working forever.

发帖数: 599 | 3 知道问题的症结不见得就等于有解决的方案。似乎没法总体上来说让选民有利国的觉悟
。从希腊此起彼扶的罢工可见一斑。
我可以想出的办法是把对预算的限制写入宪法。来不让选战candidate做unsustainable
的承诺。但对宪法的修正本身就要通过选民。所以象是个死胡同。
对一个健康的人来说，有什么毛病大家容易视而不见。现在金融危机暴露出来的问题太
多了。

就是老布什加税，克林顿消减福利。

one solution:
Individual responsibility. other than that, any measures will only make
things worse. More regulations certainly will not work.
Judging from the rising of the TEA party, there is hope.

term economic problems are caused by social engineering and regulations,
which are usually accumulative and gets worse and worse until it becomes a
Olympia problem, literally, like Greece.
Regulations cause problems,so they need more regulations to try to corret
the problems caused by previous regualtions, which off course cause
additional problems, in the mean time your get more and more regulatory
bodies(literaly), an
