in current dollar) is 2%. YES 2%. In 1920 to 1940, the fist $4000 ($400,000
current value) has the tax rate of 4%. So the middle class in those days pay
a very very low tax rate. And the super rich pay 80 to 90% tax rate. I want
that tax system. 5% tax rate for income < 1 millions. 90% for income $1,000
