你感到不公平是对的
但是整体来看，如果浪费在国内循环，问题不大
如果浪费的得益方都是国外的资本，那么就不行了

someone for nothing as a benefit, you are taking anther person's fruit of
labor without fair compensation, or you can call it theft/robbory. That is
why transfer of wealth should be kept at a minimal to help only those who
are young orphans/disabled. |

salary is fair for a person.
The Wall streets bosses are not doing charity. They are for money. If they
pay a trader $1 mil bonus it must be because the trader can make more money
for him in return. If he pays $1 mil to a janitor, it must be either the
janitor has some value that can generate more money back for him or the boss
is an idiot. And it is the latter case, this boss will not be a boss for
long - he will be flushed
