Leader has decided that the last few days before Christmas are the opportune

As a physician for the past 30 years I can see both sides of the debate. I
would agree with a national health care plan with a multi-tiered payment
plan per income or even a national sales tax for health insurance. Also,
there should be no exclusion for preexisting illnesses.
However, the patient should take some responsibility as well. Certain issues
that drive up health cost should be penalized by a higher fee/payment. For
