我有一个直觉被杀的是黑人，在破坏这个白人老大爷家的马凯的牌子，因为出事地点是
在黑白混居区，当地白人多是蓝领产业工人，治安很差。因为我们这里9月初刚刚出台
的Castle Doctrine法律，这个老大爷没有任何刑事和民事责任。

CLEVELAND -- A man was shot in the chest and killed about 2:45 this morning
by a homeowner who said the man had broken into his house.
Police said it happened in the 13400 block of St. Clair Avenue.
The 65-year-old homeowner was awake
