because he himself is considered moderate, so there is
no way he will pick up Hillary as VP even if he has the
ball to cross partyline. He will pick up a conservative
politician from GOP as VP, maybe Mitt Romney.
Obama needs to secure Latino base by choosing a VP that
Latinos will recognize and regard, Richardson might have
