里兰大学巴尔的摩市）校园，开车距离巴尔的摩市中心10分钟车程，房主是UMB博士毕
业，搬家后准备出租，适合来巴尔的摩工作读书的人士租用。旁边3分钟步行路程就是
一个 Wilkins Ave shopping center，有Giant超市、中餐、披萨、Liqueurs、理发等
商店和牙医、银行等，方便购物，距离韩亚龙韩国超市和新开的大中华超市开车10分钟
。社区相对比较安全，距离UMBC警察局开车5分钟，也有一个警察住在对面，常有警车
停在这里。也常有接送儿童的小学校车就停在门前，所以也方便送小孩子上学。
楼上3个房间，一个walk out地下室，共3个全浴，一个全浴在主卧室，一个全浴在地下

exit of I-695 and convenient to take 1-95 in just a few minutes. Across the
street you can find Giant store and other local business in the Wilkins Ave
shopping center such as hair cuttery, Pizaa place, Chinese food, Liqueurs,
banks etc. 2-3 minutes walk to UMBC shuttle line(Arbutus / Irvington Line -
stop @Maiden Choice La. & Wilkens Ave.) It only takes 10 minutes drive to
downtown Baltimore or UMB campus. Bus route 35 is 5 minutes walk away and
can take you directly to UMB campus.
3 bedrooms with 2 full bath upstairs (master bedroom with its own full bath)
and 1 bedroom downstairs (walkout basement) with another full bath too.
Fully furnished: kitchen with stove, 2 refrigerators, dining table, chairs;
living room with two sofas and tea table; each bedroom with closet, bed,
mattress and table, chair etc. Central air conditioning. With Washer/dryer.
You can just move in.
Available from February 15 2014 (the walkout basement is available now). The
monthly rent is $1600 if you rent the whole house. These 4 rooms can be
