lease. It will be available from Feb. Early moving is possible too.
It's in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, lakeside north.
I am a professional working in DC area. I only live in there during weekdays
so basically you almost have the whole apartment over the weekends.
The apartment is on top floor,very quiet, facing south, sunny, and wall to
wall carpet, very clean.
Either single or couples are welcomed and rent varies based on that. You are
