managing philosophy is totally different.
PMV is relatively easy to apply and always has vacancies for new students
every fall. Sometimes we even have reference bonus for having friends sign
new lease there. But honestly it's not a 5-years long term option.
First of all, the community is not as safe as other SM apartments. Graduate
hills ( and Graduate gardens I assume) have blue emergency lamps which you

Buildings are too really run-down and rooms messy.
